Red Oaks Coping wants to nurture your child's seed of learning in a non-threatening environment. We believe cultivating that seed will yield a crop of a life filled with the love of learning. We believe if your child feels safe, accepted, and that he/she belongs there is no limit in what they can accomplish.

Fee Schedule - 2024/2025 Academic Year

Registration Fee $200 which includes:

- Application fee $50

- Intake Meeting $50

- Placement testing $50

- Parent interview $50

* Registration fees also include 2 meet and greets before the first day*

 

** Returning students only pay 1/2 of teaching fees to secure their spot for next year and a $50 fee for the parent meeting before our first day.

 

Elementary level curriculum fees: 

  • Health, Safety, and Manners $25

  • History & Science Abeka $20

  • BJU Press Math $30

  • Grammar, Spelling, Poetry Abeka $50

  • Cooking fee $50

  • Art Program $25

  • School Supply fee $75

TOTAL ELEMENTARY CURRICULUM FEES= $275

Middle and High School level curriculum fees: 

  • Campfire Curriculum (Science) $90 (2) units (High School and Middle school ONLY

  • History Abeka $60 

  • BJU Press Math $90 

  • Health, Safety, and Manners $25 (middle only)

  • Life Skills $25 (high school only)

  • Grammar and writing (Middle and High School) BJU Press $50

  • Cooking fee $50

  • Art Program $25

  • Supply fee $75

TOTAL MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM FEES= $465

 

Monthly tuition includes:

  • high quality, hands-on teaching

  • small group setting and 1 on 1 learning

  • access to a counselor, child life specialist, and play therapist throughout the day

  • quarterly update meetings (first and last meetings are mandatory)

  • assembly costs (veterans assembly, grandparents day, egg hunt, social studies fair, etc)

  • program costs (Christmas program, talent show, end of year award program, etc)


 

Part- time option:

9-2pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Cost: $575/month or $5,175

Full-time option:

9-3pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Cost: $900/ month or $8,100

 

** Full time students and siblings of full time students get 50% off of weekly social groups including Sibling Support Groups, Teen Hangout, Tween Group & 25% off of game nights, Pre-Puberty & Puberty classes, and any other social events (hosted at ROC), educational classes, or therapeutic courses that ROC offers. (including summer social groups) Our full- time cottage students will also receive 20% off of our summer camp offerings

 

** Part- time cottage students get 25% off of game nights, puberty classes, and any other social event that ROC offers. (not including weekly social groups) Part- time cottage kids get 15% off of our summer camp offerings.
